Kalivo, Orvande and Fennrath are fictional companies. “In use” means this building block exists in Corvaly today. “Concept” means this is how it could look for your company; we develop it with you. The app screens are shown in German because the Corvaly app is currently available in German.

What is Corvaly?
One app for the whole company. All customers share the same foundation; on top of it, every company gets its own workspace. Corvaly is developed by Hermes & Ajder in Remscheid, Germany.
Is Corvaly an app or custom business software?
Both. The app and its foundation are the same for everyone: sign-in, security, roles, notifications and updates. What happens inside it – modules, workflows, terms and look – is designed for your company.
How do the workspaces differ?
Every company has its own name, logo and colours, its own modules, roles and automations. The data is strictly separated; every query is checked in the database.
Can all employees use the same app?
Yes. Employees, office and management sign in to the same app and only see what their role allows. Corvaly runs in the browser on phones and computers, and entries can also be recorded offline. Apps for iPhone and Android are in preparation. The app interface is currently available in German.
Can Corvaly complement existing systems?
Yes, that is what Corvaly is designed for. For certain events, Corvaly sends data to other software via an interface; monthly reports are available as PDF and data can be exported as CSV files. We clarify together which connection makes sense for your software.
How does a project work?
From the first conversation and understanding your workflows to a concept with a quote, then implementation, rollout and ongoing development. The steps are listed above under Working together.
How are cost and scope determined?
By the scope of your workspace. We define it together after the first conversation, and then you receive a quote. That is why there are no fixed prices on the website.
How does a new company get access?
There is no self-registration. We set up your workspace, then management invites employees by email. Invitations are tied to the email address and valid for 14 days.
Where is our data stored?
In a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. We only process data on your behalf and conclude a data processing agreement with you for this.
